The Rich Taylor Design Group requests a deposit of 50% of the total estimate before any job starts. During the design period, the client will receive Low Resolution
Proofs for viewing. The client can make further deposits during
this time but it is not necessary. Once the design is finished,
TRTDG will request the remainder balance to be paid
before releasing any final files. Once received, a High Resolution
.PDF and all of the native files will be delivered. If we are
printing your job, a deposit of half of the print quote must be
paid before the job goes to print. The remainder will be due when
the job is ready for delivery. There are no exclusions for printed
jobs. If the client is working with a personal printer other than
TRTDG, we will be more than happy so speak with the
sales representative to obtain the specs for their printing and
create press ready files. We will also deliver the files straight
to the printer!
The Rich Taylor Design Group works very hard to give you the most accurate estimate. Estimates are calculated by the specs of the job provided by the client and the time frame we believe it would take to achieve the final product. However, if the job is larger than anticipated or if the specs change during the design, additional design time and fees may apply. At times, we will ask our clients to supply their information in a very specific way. Please make sure to follow our direction as it will help us to achieve your design goals and keep time/cost down - avoiding additional fees.
A contract must be signed before any job starts. The contract will include the below but may also include other policies. Please read the contact clearly before signing.
*The Rich Taylor Design Group will schedule a phone or in person meeting to discuss any job requests but every request must be followed up via email. All job requests must be within an email format for our records. No job will be started or completed without an email request even if a phone or in person meeting had transpired.
*Unlike other companies, The Rich Taylor Design Group supplies
the client with the entire job for personal use. This includes the rights to any logo designed by TRTDG once the outstanding invoice has been satisfied.
*Deposits can be refunded minus 10% plus any fees for phone calls, emails and/or meetings if the job is terminated prior to the start of any job. If the job has started prior to termination, phone calls, emails, meetings and design fees will be invoiced and the balance will be refunded. If the final cost is more than the deposit, a new invoice for the balance will be generated.
*Kindly note, overdue invoices are subject to additional processing
and late fees. If an overdue invoice remains unpaid after sufficient
notice, the remaining unpaid balance will be sent to our collections
department and any live jobs such as new designs, printing, websites,
hosting, email, etc. will be put on hold / temporarily disabled
until payment is received in full.
*Graphic Designs beyond the agreed package will hold a charge of $50.00
per hour.
*Any returned checks will be subject to a penalty of $40.00 to
cover the insufficient funds charge assessed to The Rich Taylor
Design Group. A bounced check that is not replaced within
5 business days will force any live job to be put on hold and/or
temporarily pull any website(s)/email(s) until the new check is
submitted and cleared by the bank.
*All Designs are the property of The Rich Taylor Design Group
until final payment. Once final payment has been made, we will release all of the print ready files. The start or "layered" or working files are property of The Rich Taylor Design Group and will not be released at any time.
*Payment can be made via credit card, paypal or by check. For

The Rich Taylor Design Group will send a low resolution .PDF proof
for your viewing. Any proofs out for more than two weeks or if the
job is put on hold/terminated will be billed for the graphic design
end of the job with the retainer applied. If the job proceeds to
print, the job will be billed the remainder of the quoted price. Websites will be placed on our server (back end) until the final design is aproved. Once a domain name and hosting is secure, we will supply the files for your usage. If we are hosting, we will place the files on our server and change the DNS to your domain name. We will also supply you with 10 complimentary email address at no extra charge.
The
Rich Taylor Design Group has a full service printing press.
We offer off-set and digital printing with CMYK and Pantone colors.
A non refundable deposit of half of the print quote must be paid
before the job goes to print. The remainder will be due as when
the job is ready to be shipped. There are no exclusions for printed
jobs.
Your privacy is important to us. The Rich Taylor Design Group will
not share your information or project with any other clients. From
time to time, we do ask feedback from fellow colleagues.
The types of personal information collected by The Rich Taylor Design
Group (Name, Address, Email, Phone numbers, Credit Card information,
Etc.) is never shared with outside parties. We store all information
in our protected databases and only the owners have access to it.
Even our employees only have minimum access to our clients information
(email and phone numbers). Your private information and it's security
is #1 priority to us.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and
secure information we collect online

any proof, you agree to be bound by the terms & conditions below.
If you do not agree, please do not access any proof emailed by The
Rich Taylor Design Group. We reserve the right to change, modify
or amend these terms and conditions without any notice. The Rich
Taylor Design Group over / under run policy: Reserves the right
to 5% over / under run.
In no event shall The Rich Taylor Design Group or its licensors,
suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or
agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from
loss of use, data or profits, whether or not The Rich Taylor Design
Group has been advised of possibility of the damage, arising out
of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of
failure to provide services that you order from The Rich Taylor
Design Group or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages
arising from mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of
service. In no event shall The Rich Taylor Design Group be liable
or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related
to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
5-10 business days once proof is approved and the job is sent to
print. Delivery may add in a few extra days if shipping. The
Rich Taylor Design Group is not responsible for any missed customer
deadline.
Since each order is unique to customer and has no re-sale value,
All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will
re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. Customer must notify
The Rich Taylor Design Group within 5 business days of order acceptance
to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product or the claim
will be denied. In order to receive replacement, Customer must return
100% of the received product within 15 days (at their own expense)
from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. All charges
related to expedite printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NOT
REFUNDABLE, including for those orders that are returned for any
reason. Graphic design is NOT REFUNDABLE.
All print and design is prepaid. A 50% deposit before the job goes
to print and the remainder will be due prior to shipping. Deposits can be refunded minus 10% plus any fees for phone calls, emails and/or meetings if the job is terminated prior to the start of any job. If the job has started prior to termination, phone calls, emails, meetings and design fees will be invoiced and the balance will be refunded. If the final cost is more than the deposit, a new invoice for the balance will be generated. Concerning print jobs, if the job is cancelled prior to print, we will issue an immediate
refund minus 10% for labor (at their non-discounted rate).
Kindly note, overdue invoices are subject to additional processing
and late fees. If an overdue invoice remains unpaid after sufficient
notice, the remaining unpaid balance will be sent to our collections
department and any live jobs such as new designs, printing, websites,
hosting, email, etc. will be put on hold / temporarily disabled
until payment is received in full.
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics,
messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility
of the person from which such Content originated. This means that
you, and not The Rich Taylor Design Group are entirely responsible
for all Content that you use form The Rich Taylor Design Group Gallery
or send, upload, post or transmit via the Service. Recognizing the
global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local
rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree
to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit
any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent,
obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap
or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or
reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a
crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any
law of the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter
advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance
to any law of the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed

posted by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity
or quality of the Content Under no circumstances will The Rich Taylor
Design Group be liable to you in any way for any Content you may
be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Products and services, are provided for your personal use only.
You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these
products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or
unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail,"
"spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes,"
or any other form of solicitation.
You acknowledge that The Rich Taylor Design Group does not pre-screen
Content, but that The Rich Taylor Design Group and its affiliates
shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion
to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may
otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that
The Rich Taylor Design Group may preserve Content and may also disclose
Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief
that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
(a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service;
(c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third-parties;

The Rich Taylor Design Group is based in Hallandale Beach, FL and
all transactions take place on The Rich Taylor Design Group's servers
located in New York, NY. Any legal action or proceeding relating
to or arising from your access to or use of this Site shall be instituted
in Hallandale Beach, FL. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction
of Hallandale Beach, FL courts and agree that venue in these courts
is proper in any such legal action or proceeding.
You agree that you shall indemnify and defend The Rich Taylor Design
Group and all parties from whom The Rich Taylor Design Group has
licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and
employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses,
including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related
to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim,
or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image,
graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.
Please review your order prior to submitting. Customer is fully
responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing
process. The Rich Taylor Design Group is not liable for errors
in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling,
Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts,
Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency,
Overprint, Finished Product Size. We do make any changes on customer
supplied files. Minimum charge for typesetting and design is $50.00.
By submitting the above document to The Rich Taylor Design Group "I agree to the following terms". I have verified
that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document
layout. I understand that my document will print exactly as it appears
here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and
that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format.
The Rich Taylor Design Group is not responsible for any color shift
that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK or PMS Pantone colors
to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs and images must
be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. The Rich Taylor Design Group is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy,
distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork.
The Rich Taylor Design Group is not liable for color matching or
ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs
will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and
placement, but not color or density. Application of UV Coating
may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. The Rich Taylor Design Group is not liable for the final color appearance
of a UV product(s).
The Rich Taylor Design Group will be happy to help you cancel your
print order prior to approval. All charges due for any design at
the regular rate will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform
you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order.
Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have been approved.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been approved
or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing,
Coating, and / or Finishing. Once the order has been placed successfully,
No Refunds are issued for the Graphic design services. The Rich Taylor Design Group is not responsible for any duplicated orders
that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.
Graphic design is sometimes offered at a discounted rate with a
printed job. If the customer cancels that printed job, the graphic
design charges are due at their regular non-discounted rate at $75.00
an hour.
The Rich Taylor Design Group has three back up servers where we
store all jobs. If you have a re-order, please supply us the
the exact specs of the job to help us find the re-order through
our archives easily. A proof will be emailed to you for approval
prior to printing. No graphic design fees will apply unless
there are changes.
The Rich Taylor Design Group has the right to use any graphic or website designed for its clientele as a promotional piece for our said company that includes and exceeds placement on our website, usage in our brochures and any other promotional piece. We will not use the designs for clients to gain any direct profit through their service. Furthermore, We will include our tagline 'Designed by The Rich Taylor Design Group • www.richtaylordesign.com' on all designs unless the client denies us the said tagline in a written statement.
The Rich Taylor Design Group will always act to make sure that any
production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case
shall The Rich Taylor Design Group be liable for any consequential
or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.
All The Rich Taylor Design Group customers agree not to hold The Rich Taylor Design Group liable for delays in shipments caused by
weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs
issues or any other circumstances beyond The Rich Taylor Design Group's direct control. The Rich Taylor Design Group shipment and
delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our
suppliers. The Rich Taylor Design Group will always act to
make sure that delivery schedules are met. However, unexpected equipment
failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing
process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees
will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical
difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
Please note that we don't ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00
in value and can only be done after 14 days from package shipment.
The Rich Taylor Design Group is not responsible for 3rd party shipping
errors, omissions or damaged shipments.
Effective 01/01/09, all returned packages received from customers
are required to have reference numbers starting with "R"
on the boxes given by a The Rich Taylor Design Group representative
when customers call; otherwise, customer will not receive any kind
of compensation for the order.
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer
in submitting the proper shipping address,The Rich Taylor Design Group will reship the package with corrected address and charge
an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
We ship to our clients at a 'at cost' rate. This means that
the client will be charged the same price as The Rich Taylor Design Group. No up-charge is added to the invoice. This is
a courtesy to our clients.
