The Rich Taylor Design Group® has initiated a new service catered to our schools.  Since schools advertise within many publications that include different sizes, colors and information (which can add up to unforeseen and increased design fees), the RTD Group has come up with a service that is beneficial.  Our new service is set at a monthly agreed cost.  This agreement is based on a one time monthly cost which can include and cover all designs for publications, brochures, business cards, posters and/or other needs of the school.  Some of our schools set into agreement for just publication but has chosen to pay extra for other designs outside the agreement.  Some of our schools have agreed to include everything making all of their needs covered. This works on many different levels.  First and foremost, no surprise billing.  Second, as per our agreement, you know that all of your design needs are covered - no matter what.  Just give the RTD Group at least a *24 hour notice (publications only - brochures and larger jobs will need a larger time frame for design) to any request and you know it will be completed by your deadline date.  Third, we will also include sending files to your publication or representative.  Just give us the contact once and you will never have to worry again.  Finally, you can have a brand new look designed for each publication or a new look monthly.  Whatever your needs are!  Either way, your ads will always be fresh and up to date. This helps our schools greatly because now, all you have to worry about is making the ad request.  Most of our schools give us a monthly module toward the end of the month (for the next month).  This will include publication, size, color and the information needed for the ads.  If you have a specific 'look', just add that request.  If it is a 'pick up', just specify.  That is it!  We take care of the rest!
