This was the first time using RTD. This years drive was a marked
improvement over past years. Many people praised the professional
look of the brochure. We look forward to using your services and

This was the first time we used a brochure for our fund
drive. We found that working with Rich was very easy. He was open
to our ideas and used his experience to design a professional-looking
brochure that got our fund drive message out, while giving lots
of safety information to people in our community. Because we sold
business card ad space, THE BROCHURE PAID FOR ITSELF. We are looking
forward to INCREASED fund drive returns due to this new outreach
tool.

The North Sea Fire Department is extremely satisfied with
RICH TAYLOR DESIGN®. Not only with the product they offer
but also with customer service. My overall opinion of RTD®
is they are always good - from first dealing with Mike through our

The Whippany Fire Department highly recommends RICH TAYLOR DESIGN®. The product is eye catching and very professional
looking. The staff at RTD® overextends themselves to make
sure you as a customer are satisfied with the end result. The service
provided is second to none, the RTD® team has been immediately
responsive to questions or problems I have encountered (actually
problems I have created) during the layout process. These problems
were immediately resolved and I could not be happier with the outcome.

only necessary but mandated by the state) To ensure that properly
trained and qualified personnel are responding to their needs and

The Franklin Square and Munson Fire Department has been
using RICH TAYLOR DESIGN® since 1995. During that time,
our fund drive contributions have increased over 100%! I truly believe
that your brochure, with it's vivid colors and great layout has
had a lot to do with our success. No longer are our residents getting
just a plain letter asking for money, but instead pictures depicting
activities involving the fire department, reminders about safety
issues in and about the home, and facts about their fire department.
I want to thank RTD® for you commitment to the volunteer fire
service. During the past 9 years, RTD® have kept your prices
fair and actually beat our local printers's prices. You offered
all the material and services necessary to make a fund drive successful,
provided quick and accurate service, and were available for consultation
and advice whenever we called. RTD®'s willingness sot sit

clarity in brochure are impressive and natural. RTD® keeps
focus with positive posture of the fire service.
We are also very satisfied with the customer service provided by

in the fire service, I have receive fair pricing for the exceptional
products received. Speaking of cost, RTD® will bring to your
attention any cost savings to your department by ordering amounts
in bulk quantities, again no pressure to purchase the extra amounts.
RTD® was started by a fire service member for the fire service.
The idea of brotherhood, working hand in hand with someone who appreciates
what the fire service is, is what RTD® is about.
